of the business is such that you may not have the same wonderful experience we did... so I
strongly suggest that you, as a minimum...
- Solicit competitor's bids as well.
- Get all bids in writing, up front.
- Give only a minimal deposit (never pay in
full until the job is complete and to your total 100% satisfaction!!)
